By using Geaux Pay It Forward, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Kindness Gifts

Kindness gifts funded on our platform are prepayments for specifically designated products or services at local businesses. They are non-refundable once funded unless a business is unable to fulfill the request.

2. Neighborhood Kindness Club

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your Giver Dashboard.

3. Business Obligations

Participating businesses must honor redeemed gifts and maintain their status as active community partners in Acadiana.
